We charge a flat rate of $45.00 per hour for labor within our local service area that includes a twenty mile radius from Taneytown MD. and $65.00 per hour outside of our local service area, with a one hour minimum fee (This is Door to Door Service).
Phone Support is available at a reduced rate.
Data Recovery Services may incur higher fees, depending on the condition of the hard drive.
We prefer to use new high quality parts, but in some cases we may be able to substitute with a tested used part to help keep your charges down.
